Unlimited Use

Description

Any object thrown directly at a target with the intent to harm or impair is considered a Thrown Weapon.

Mechanics

Thrown Weapons can be blocked and deflected like Melee weapons.

Based on what kind of Thrown Weapon you are carrying, you may have several choices for which Effect is delivered by a Thrown Tag.

  • All Thrown Weapons can apply Damage.

  • If your Thrown Weapon is edged, it can also apply Bleed.

Thrown Damage, Unlimited Use.
OR
Thrown Bleed, Unlimited Use.

Prop

Must meet the weapon safety standards listed in the Rulebook.

To qualify a weapon as “edged”, it must be well sculpted, coated, finished and painted as to very clearly be an edged weapon (dagger, axe, throwing star, etc).

Safety

Follow ALL Weapon Safety Training guidelines.

Never strike a target with a thrown weapon while still holding it.

Due to the high risk of eye injury, always aim low and avoid overhand throwing techniques.

Thrown Weapons are still lightest touch. Do NOT use excessive force to throw your weapon.
