Description

A device that has a large amount of energy stored inside of it that can very quickly discharge the energy into another battery to recharge it.

Mechanics

Place the Recharge Capacitor on the target Equipment, turn on the light, and hold it there for 10 seconds. The Equipment now has another Charge.

Prop 

A small, blocky, battery shaped object with a light that can be turned on and off on the surface.
