Description

Analyzers uses a vast array of scans to reveal information about the object or people it scans.

Mechanics

Inform the GM that you want to use the Analyzer and on what target. Wave your scanner over the top of your target. Guide them through what you’re looking for in the readings through in-character exposition. This can take differing amounts of time, based on how in-depth you want to scan and the complexity of the target.

Analyzers will give you an amount of information considered appropriate by the GM. How much information you get is entirely subjective to the scene, but you’ll get all the information you can possibly get from the target with a single scan. You do not need to scan the same thing multiple times and doing so won’t give you more information.

Prop 

Any hand prop that looks convincingly like an “analyzer”.
